One thing we have never done is lost our focus. Our expertise is communications and every product we develop and sell is geared towards aiding engineers tasked with communications. Whether on aircraft, ships, rugged vehicles, radars, or missile systems we strive to keep all systems communicating and aid our users to integrate, employ and maintain these systems throughout their life cycle.
Maintaining this narrow focus has enables us to acquire enormous experience in our field which we happily share with our customers through courses, tutorials, new off the shelf products, and jointly written specifications for custom or semi-custom products.
We are particularly proud of our customer relationships. Our first line support is provided by in house engineers with deep knowledge of our products. New generations of products are developed with the goal of maintaining support for legacy products while providing new features for new projects. We understand that once a project is complete, a “better” product that requires engineering changes is of no use. We have been asked to fix or update product that have been in the field for over 20 years and usually we can respond positively.
